Was told I needed blood drawn on first floor. The male phlebotomist couldn't find a vein in my right arm. I was already nervous but I waited patiently while he wiggled the needle inside my arm until it hurt and I said ow! He has said not one word to me so far. He goes to my left arm and had trouble finding the vein again. I was beginning to get impatient as other patients have come and went while I was in the chair. He finally finds a vein in the side of my arm and I look down and the needle fell outta my arm! Blood starting running everywhere from my arm and from the needle with the tube attached to it. Im freaking out saying whoa whoa theres blood everywhere. He still says not one word. He starts panicking and I said no no you're stressing me out I need someone else to do it. I went to the lady next over and 1,2,3 bam im done. She took the blood like a pro. Now I could understand if he was new or had apologized but not one single word was said to me. I hope I never have to get blood taken there again.

Dr. Reyes had to suddenly leave the practice. On August 19, a text said that a letter would come describing the 3 non-MDs taking over for Dr. Reyes, and patients were to choose one. On Sept 16, a text reminded me of my upcoming appointment, supposedly today, October 7. I showed up and was told, matter-of-factly, that my appointment had been cancelled - as if I was supposed to have grasped this fact from the ether. I pointed out that patients who are no-shows are charged - what would I be paid? This is entirely unprofessional and the office attitude that this was somehow the patients' faults was ridiculous. I had to make an appointment for 3 months from now, and not with an MD or even a DO.

The staff can be rude and unprofessional and mean-spirited but my mothers MD is very good. He was away when they gave my mother and me and her son, my brother a difficult time. They gave my mother, a 96-year-old patient an appointment. We had a delay getting her there because she could not walk and we needed another wheelchair that the transport van driver didn't have asap. This caused a delay. I made a courtesy call to let them know and spoke to Christie the secretary who didn't seem very happy about the matter because the PA mom was to see was on a schedule and they didn't seem to think that she could see mom and then they went into a whole diatribe as to how they had said I should take mom to the ER over our trying to find out why she was having so much trouble walking which occurred right before that weekend but nevertheless they made the appointment. We arrived 10-12 mins late. I have a text message to prove that an appt was made. They had some nerve refusing to see my mother. I spoke to Dr. Fusella who said that if he was there this would never have happened. It was very stressful for our mother who is 96 and how dare they behave this way and that is not a question. The

Very disappointed with a recent billing issue. I was charged $100 in 2024 for a routine blood test that was done in Nov 2022. The insurance company initially reimbursed the charges and I paid a difference if $19. In 2024, the insurance reevaluates the charges and eventually CCP charges me $100 as the blood test was performed using an out-of-network company. Very surprising that CCP used an out-of-network lab for blood tests. Also, in recent years we have not been able to see or consult a physician as they are booked out 6 months to a year and could only consult a NP or PA.

Only one competent Doctor in the building who is over whelmed. Receptionist is rude and not very compassionate to patients needs. Receptionist cancels previously scheduled appointments because Dr. deems it his holiday. Receptionist never called to reschedule Appointment. When we called and rescheduled it was another 4 months out. Receptionist continuously tries to unload patients on unskilled Nurse Practitioners "of which one has the social skills of a Pit Bull" and bill insurance as if they were real Doctors
